All streams and media displayed on this site originate from and are served by third-party cam platforms. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through Stripchatur.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, with enough detail for us to identify it.
• The specific URL(s) on Stripchatur.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.

Because we are an aggregator and do not host the content ourselves, we will also forward your notice to the relevant originating platform for their action. Removing a link from our index does not remove the underlying content from the hosting platform.

If you believe that content was removed from our index as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.

Send counter-notices to the same address above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we will notify the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed index entry.

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Stripchatur.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users or third-party sources that are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
